Nasittuq (pronounced “na-see-took”) is an Inuktitut word which means “looking out from a high place”.

A Canadian intercultural enterprise, Nasittuq Corporation is currently engaged in two contracts. The North Warning System (NWS) Contract employs Nasittuq to operate and maintain the North Warning System (NWS), a network of radars, which “look out” from Canada’s North to detect airborne threats to North America, enhancing our security and sovereignty. As well, Nasittuq provides site support and management services for the Ellesmere Island Commercial Support Contract in Alert, Nunavut.

Nasittuq Corporation is the agent for a Joint Venture between ATCO Structures & Logistics Ltd. and Pan Arctic Inuit Logistics Corporation (PAIL).

Nasittuq’s mission is to provide exemplary technical and management services to our Canadian and U.S. Government customers, while increasing opportunities for Inuit participation as trainees, employees, suppliers and owners.
