2009 Scholarship Winners

Nasittuq Corporation has been offering an Aboriginal scholarship since 1995 to beneficiaries of the Nunatsiavut, Nunavik, Nunavut and Inuvialuit Settlement Regions.
Nasittuq recognizes the importance of supporting post-secondary education and congratulates the following 2009 recipients:

Lily Maniapik

Lily is in her second year of a Management Studies Program with Nunavut Arctic College. Lily is a beneficiary of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement and resides in Iqaluit, NU.

Stephanie Webb

Stephanie is in her third year of a Environmental Technology II Program with the College of the North Atlantic. Stephanie is a Nunatsiavut Beneficiary and resides in Happy Valley - Goose Bay.

Jennifer Kalinek

Jennifer is in her first year of a Network and Internet Security Specialization Program with CDI College. Jennifer is a beneficiary of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region and resides in Inuvik.

Maria Murphy

Maria is in her 4th year of studies and will be starting the Bachelor of Engineering Technology, Environmental Studies post diploma program with Cape Breton University. Maria is a Nunatsiavut Beneficiary and resides in Happy Valley Goose Bay.
